He educated me with the various aspects of his job and the time it will take to perform the effort I requested done. His team is very courteous, professional, and works hard. Preston is super knowledgeable and great to work with. I appreciated his honesty, follow through, and how he manages his team. They took down a 40 year old Arizona Ash in my front yard, because I was afraid it would eventually fall into the street. They did this efficiently and safely, everything was mulched as soon as cut. The grinding took care of the stump to where one would not even know we had a tree there prior. They also cleaned up my drought stricken trees in the backyard and advised how best to give them the nutrients they need. Preston's crew are hard-working men and always courteous and made extra efforts to clean up after themselves. I also appreciated the detailed invoice of what would be complete per job and options. Preston is extremely knowledgeable. I spoke to several arborist and he was the most responsive and professional. You can tell he is extremely passionate about what he does. We collectively decided my trees didn't need any professional services at this time. He suggested modifying my sprinkler system and recommended a special fertilizer to stimulate root growth. He wouldn't even let me pay him for his time coming out to diagnose. He performed a soil test for me which no other arborist even offered or suggested. This guy is the best in the area.
