Modern Roofing was fabulous from beginning to end. The process was so easy. I was informed every step of the way. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm in 2024. We had contracted with 2 companies to try to get approval from our insurance company. Both failed miserably. Other companies were interested in pursuing the job, but never followed through after multiple texts and phone calls. Needless to say, we were very disheartened, especially seeing everyone else in the neighborhood getting roof replacements. In March, 2025, Orlando Gomez showed up at our door. I was going to tell him that I had finally given up on the roof project. He convinced me to let him try to deal with our insurance company. The approval went through, and the project was completed in April. It looks beautiful! Orlando was great, keeping in touch with me and answering texts, phone calls, and emails immediately. The workers were very hard working, efficient, and cleaned up our property nicely at the end of each day. I can see why Modern Roofing has an A+ BBB rating. Thank you so much for a job well done!!
