Had them come out for 2 chimney cleanings and inspections. The wood burning stove they took apart, pulled out and they said was not lined properly and said they would provide a quote to fix it. Left the stove pulled out and then never received a quote. Called for the quote later and never heard back. They may have left it out with the anticipation of coming back to do repairs but then never followed up. Just tried to use our pellet stove and it too is now not working properly which it was prior to them cleaning it; maybe it's a coincidence but either way, won't be calling them again.Update: they refunded the money for the cleaning they provided and offered to come out and inspect the pellet stove for free which I declined. I will say they do care about their reputation and are customer focused so if something does go wrong, I feel like they will hold themselves accountable.
