They weren't the cheapest, but I hired them in May 2025 because they were one of two companies who said they could repoint both my chimney and front steps. They did (most of) the chimney, then never came back to do the steps.I hired a different company to clean the chimney in 2026 and learned Chim-Chim didn't even do all the repointing of the chimney. Attached are photos from 2026, where they didn't do the repointing that I couldn't see from the ground.

These guys are great, and while they may not necessarily be conventional at times they provide top notch service and are excellent at what they do.The team is respectful and honest, and won't attempt to uncharge you on things you don't really need. Was talked out of spending more money for a solution that made more sense for our space. They helped to work through a ton of insurance and placement issues to help us bring our project to life.Would highly recommend having them out to give you an estimate. The estimate is free, and is really low pressure. They're straight forward and honest folks, who do good work. Support your local small masonry business and give them a call.

Chris and Tim did an awesome job. They were right on time and fully explained everything. What I appreciated the most was that they didn’t try to sell me something we didn’t need and told me how I could fix the issue myself. I’ve worked with other chimney companies in Northern Virginia and Chim-Chim Churee is the best in my experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fireplace and chimney services.

No one showed up at this address. I tried to call to see if Timothy (orThomas?) was coming but voicemail was full. Not a good start with your family owned company. Very disappointed. It appears you just decided not to come but you never told meThe owner, Thomas, called later to apologize and make the situation right. He did so and alter one gutter that was wrongly hung free of charge. I was impressed with his integrity and i think he just had a bad day that he truly regretted. I will do business with him again and recommend him to any who asks.
