I contacted River City Restore due to concerns for mold in my apartment. I chose River City Restore over other companies because I received early and professional contact from Candis. I received early availability for a mold inspection, and I was able to get an early appointment within a few days of calling. I was present with Adam and another member of their team during the inspection. The inspection was very thorough and mold-like substances were identified. They walked me through the process of mold removal, showed me how to install a dehumidifier, and gave me some recommendations, including not staying at the apartment until the mold removal process was complete. I thank them greatly for their expertise and providing me with information on this and a letter of their review for my records.
