As the realtor on this transaction, I can confidently say Mark stepped in and saved the day. We had been under contract with another lender for quite some time and had already gone through multiple extensions, which made things very stressful for everyone involved. Mark came in, took over, and worked efficiently to get the deal back on track and to the closing table. His communication, professionalism, and ability to navigate challenges were outstanding. I’m grateful for his hard work and look forward to working together again on future deals. Highly recommend!

We came to Mark with a goal to purchase a very special home that we had rented for years prior. Financially, it was a huge hurdle to clear that took us down many avenues and presented continued obstacles to complete, but we remained determined to stay in the home, and Mark worked with us every step of the way over nearly a year to reach closing and complete the deal.Mark's clear communication of concepts in which I was totally uninitiated, his willingness to help and adapt to changing circumstances, and above all his friendly service and approachability are all exemplary and I could not possible give him a higher recommendation!
