The guys replaced my pool pump that was undersized and piped in horribly. They cleaned up the plumbing and put the correct size pump in. This is the third job (replaced my skimmer and automatic fill) I've had Jeff's company do and they are 3-3! I wouldn't hesitate to call them back again in the future as the experience has been great every time. Office staff is on point, responsive and very helpful.

Stop looking!!!! Call Pro Pool Team. I sent 4 other companies my photos of a damaged return pipe completely encased in concrete footer and evey company declined to even send someone out. Well, defeated I call Pro Pool Team and send photos to Jeff. Jeff says "This is NOT the worst I've seen." I can meet you tomorrow. He completely set my mind at ease. They sent their repair guru Ryan who immediately continued where Jeff left off. In two days Ryan had us back up and running!!I cannot tell you all how much it ment to just feel the confidence in these two professionals. Very pleased with how they conduct themselves. Could not have been more pleased with the work Chris did in finding our leak. He went far and above what he needed to do when I retrieved some parts from the truck and was able to properly secure the pool light as well as a Main Drain cover that had been loose. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do (and then some) for the price I was quoted. The recommendations they gave us for resurfacing have proven to be fantastic, as well. There aren’t enough positive words to use about the service for a pool leak that I’ve received from Pool Pros. We used Pro Pools in the past to fix a leak and replace a pump. Jeff always came right out and took care of it so when we decided to get a new pool heater we called him again.
