Going to the mechanic as a young woman can be very intimidating. I have had other mechanics roll their eyes in my face and treat me like I’m stupid.K&M was completely exceptional. They managed to fit me in same day- which was a complete life saver. And they quickly diagnosed an issue with my car that 2 other shops had missed. In fact, they even took the time to show me their diagnosis and what lead them to that conclusion. While showing me the broken part, I never felt as though I was being talked down to. They explained what was wrong in a very friendly way, and in doing this I learnt something new about my car!Unfortunately, due to the unexpected problems with my car they had to work on it for 2 days. So they gave me a loan car to get around in!They constantly kept me informed, were completely transparent about what the services would cost me, and most importantly they were kind.Seriously couldn’t recommend K&M more. As far as I’m concerned the K&M stands for Kind & Masterful.

I was low key hesitant to book in at first cause my other mechanic that I loved has closed and I’ve previously had mad dramas BUT the whole service was friendly and professional. They were also super quick with my service, notified me by text and they’re in a convenient location.It’s hard to find a good mechanic but they seem legit and I’ll definitely be back for future services as my car is still under manufacturer warranty and I needed someone good - thanks a million 🙂‍↕️
