I purchased a hot tub from Midlands Hot Tubs. I chose the hot tub online. I was advised that this tub was not in store and would have to wait for it to arrive in the uk. I was kept completely up to date as to when my hot tub would be available and of delivery. On the day of delivery set up was easy and I was shown how to use my tub along with the chemicals. I’ve had lots of pleasure using my hot tub without any problems and would definitely use Mudland Hot Tubs again

These guys are brilliant! They give you confidence with your new gadget when you don’t know anything about them. Always on hand as well to answer questions. Thank you to Simon & Toby (I think) for all your help.

Simon took the time to listen to my problem and offered great advice and supplied the correct part to repair the hot tub. I’ve tried a lot of so called specialists, but I can highly recommend Simon. Very helpful and not just interested in selling you parts to make money. He really wants to help solve the problem with the correct part. I contacted Simon about a small two seater hot tub, he got back to me quickly and answered all my anxious questions.Installation was easy and I was given a generous amount of chemicals too and instructions on how to keep the water safe.It goes to temperature from cold quickly and maintenance is minimal. I simply toss a chlorine tablet in .I use my tub every day and it helps me manage chronic paid and I sleep better too.I have recently added a roof and lights so I can still use my tub on the dark wet days.This little two seater tub is ideal for small patio'sThank you Simon, Jack and team .

Did us a 5 person hot tub some years ago at a very competative price and threw in the installation too. Have never failed us for either service or support since and always very punctual for appointments. Cannot recommend them highly enough !. Cannot go wrong with these guys.

Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and was not at all pushy when we went to the showroom.The day after our hot tub was delivered Simon came out again to ensure that everything was working as it should and gave us a full demonstration on what we needed to do with regards to chemicals etc.Couldn’t be happier with our hot tub and the service we received.

Have been extremely happy with the level of service Midlands Hot Tubs has provided to us over the years. Not only did they supply and install our hot tub, but we have used them to move, store, relocate and service the tub over the years. Most recently Simon was incredibly helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service which can be quite rare these days and helped with a small fault we had. This was diagnosed and rectified in a timely manner with minimal cost. Have recommended to friends and continue to do so. Absolutely excellent service from order to delivery and installation.Simon and his team not only get the job done but they do so in such a friendly way. I have no hesitation in recommending Midlands Hot Tubs.We scoured around for quite a while trying to find a hot tub at the price we wanted to pay but importantly someone who would take the pain and risk away from the pretty daunting crane challenge and offer the full job including organising a crane for an over house lift as part of the service.Simon was the only one we found, who offered this full and let’s face it ‘proper’ end to end service. No passing the buck like most other companies we spoke with.And the thing is, he as you would expect, got a proper crane and at a far more competitive price than I was finding myself anywhere. Others could learn a lot from Simon and his team.Anyway our tub is superb, the whole service from initial socially distanced visit to our house to give great advice and offer options to getting the tub running and handing over was superb.
