We purchased the Sundance Mikinley and absolutely love it! I use it way more than anticipated. We are in it 3-4 days a week. The service from purchase, set up and maintenance has been exceptional. It is reassuring to know someone can come out to help balance chemicals or maintain as needed. Extremely pleased!

Update 10/2/26: We are still very happy with The Hot Store! They have been great for any maintenance we’ve needed as well as easy to work with and helpful when we go to purchase more chemicals and such at the store. Always friendly and kind! A great team!!Original (2021):Very happy with our experience at the hot tub store. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff we encountered was great! I think it was Adam & Ben and another gentleman who delivered our hot tub and they were quick, courteous, and cleaned up all the delivery materials. Mac & the delivery team answered all our questions! Definitely recommend, but also we need a rubber ducky! :)
