We refilled our hot tub after having it winterized and the water wasn’t heating above 80 degrees. I called the store yesterday and this morning they were out to look at it. It needed a new pump, which Adam had with him. Although we had to drain the tub for this, it was covered under warranty and the service was so fast it was unbelievable! 5 stars for outstanding customer service!
