My drainfield has gone bad in the middle of the county installing a sewer system in my neighborhood. I’ve needed septic servicing numerous times over the past 3 years and John by John II has always provided timely service - coming the same day or next day at the latest. I am following up with a previous review that I made. My poor review that I left was based on my lack of knowledge on what a septic inspection entails and how long the process takes, along with the report. I will say I was very pleased with the follow up email and text that I received to let me know the report was in. He even asked me to give him a call if I had questions and I did and he was very thorough and explained everything in Lehman terms to help me understand. I also appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule the service.

Chris and another worker came out the same day I called. At first, we thought we would need drain field repair or replacement to fix the issue of the toilets gurgling. After Chris pulled out the filter (which a company cleaned in march) he thought the filter needed to be replaced. However, after speaking to his boss, we were told that since the tank doesn't have a baffle, it didn't have to have a filter. As soon as the filter was pulled, the water level immediately started draining through the drain field. I want to thank Chris, the other worker, and this company for coming out so quickly and not trying to gouge us for unnecessary work.

I called John’s by John’s on a Saturday morning because I needed my septic tank drained, and they had Brad at my house in less than an hour, which is incredible!!Brad was professional, friendly, and as helpful as he could possibly be. While he was there, it became clear we were also dealing with a clogged drain, which is outside the scope of their service but he still took the time to explain what might be going on and point us in the right direction.Overall, the service was great!

My neighbor hired them- can’t speak to their level of work, but they blocked off my driveway without checking with me if I needed to leave anytime soon (I did and was late). I asked if they could move and the guy was very rude, argued with me over where my drain field is, telling me to drive through my front yard (I own the home, I know where it is- it’s in the front yard). Refused to move the truck for me at all.

Called for emergency service on a Sunday, they came put fast, Brad the tech was super nice and professional. Unfortunately my tank lid was collapsed also but they were able to get it fixed up right! Hope i never have to call them again but if i need to i absolutely would!
