I have had the pleasure of having Grace point employees in my mothers home. I will forever cherish the way they have cared for her. We started this journey with no prior knowledge and had no clue where to turn. They came highly recommended by the employees (whom we trusted) at HCA Florida West Hospital. From the time we first made contact with them, they were always willing to explain any and everything, and always answered the phone (very important to my siblings and I). When it came time for mom to need nurses in the home, they were able to fulfill the duties that were required. We started with companionship and some light housekeeping as well as meals being made for mom. Now that things have accelerated we bumped up the needed care and they were there without hesitation. The amount of stress they have taken off our shoulders is forever appreciated.
