I really enjoyed my time with this company. It was my first time working in home health as an RN and my manager and coworkers made the adjustment a breeze. I was offered great pay, flexible hours, and lots of support. If you are looking to make the leap from bedside to home health this would be a great company to look into. I loved getting to connect with my patients. Basically your schedule depends on clients needs, but you are welcome to accept or decline hours and patients as needed. She is attentive, dependable, caring, and very confident in her skills. We know that if we need something, someone is going to answer and help us. Anna and Jamie have been a godsend to our family, and Shyanne, the office manager, has been as well. It is also such a comfort knowing that we have a nurse involved who monitors my uncle’s care. That extra oversight makes our family feel incredibly safe and supported.They also use Sensi, which gives us additional peace of mind knowing that my uncle is being monitored even during the times when no one is physically there with him.Gracepoint is far more advanced than other companies we have experienced, but what really sets them apart is how personal and caring they are. You never feel like just another client or a transaction. Mrs. Celeste Lett is super sweet. She is very polite and respectful and I can tell she loves what she does. My father Mr. Coleman loves her she takes good care of him. I often hear them talking and you can tell they enjoy each other's company. Mrs. Celeste is the best caregiver our family could ever ask for. I feel that my father is safe and I feel comfortable that my father is in good hands when my sister's and I are not there. Mrs. Celeste Lett is the best!!

A couple of the original caregivers unfortunately did not work out. Gracepoint worked with us to ensure that we have a caregiver that not only fits our needs but personalities mesh as well. We are VERY happy with the caregiver we have now. She not only is excellent at patient care but already feels like part of the family.

I am so pleased with Ms Shannon as our care giver. She greets us each day with a bubbly smile and a "Good morning ". She tells my husband what the date is each time. After doing his vitals and writing them down that I share with his doctor, they put a puzzle together or plays 1 of 3 of 4 games she brings in. She takes him outside 2 our large carport for exercise, walking and then sits n the sun shine 4 vitamin D. Ms Shannon is always so pleasant and cheerful. She has spoiled us both. We need more caregivers like this lovely lady.
