I enjoyed the head spa today from start to finish. From the start Lain was kind and welcoming. She analyzed my hair and scalp, and answered some of my own personalhair questions. Very helpful overall. The spa experience was relaxing left my scalp feeling great. I received a blow dry after the service and my hair and scalp feel amazing! I had an amazing experience with Sandra getting a head spa! It felt amazing and the blankets/towels were so soft and warm, and smelled really good. She was so kind and friendly as soon as I walked in the salon and made the experience so relaxing. She even offered a quick blow dry so I didn’t have to go outside with wet hair in the cold! I’ve been going to see Emma at bombshell for a couple years now and never once have I been disappointed. I came to Emma as someone who’s had past salon anxiety due to multiple bad experiences other places and it’s safe to say I no longer feel that ! Every time I come in for an appointment she’s always very receptive to the ideas I have and the look I’m going for, but also will be honest with how much maintenance may be required or how a specific style may suite my facial structure. Since coming here I’m way more willing to have my hair cut and open up my mind to different color choices as I know I will be leaving the salon with what I came in looking for and feeling more confident. So appreciative of all the hours she’s spent on my hair and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I can’t recommend Sandra enough! She does a wonderful job with my hair every single time. I go in every 3 weeks for root touch-ups. I’m not sure how she did it, but she’s the only stylist who has been able to successfully cover my stubborn greys. Every 6–8 weeks, we also add highlights, toner, and a haircut, and she always nails it—my hair looks amazing when I leave her chair. On top of her talent, Sandra is reliable, always on time, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. The salon itself is super cute with a warm, friendly vibe—everyone there is so personable. I always look forward to my appointments with Sandra!

Had my hair consult with Sandra along with a deep conditioning treatment and it was such a nice, educational and relaxing experience! My hair (days later) still feels soft and is easily detangled. She told me that she has ways to help with styling naturally wavy hair and can teach me at one of our upcoming appointments - which I’m so excited about, I haven’t met a wavy hair specialist before but with my years of continuous heat usage, I could use the knowledge and tips! We have a plan in place and I cannot wait to get my hair colored by her this week! 😊 Very good prices and amazing service!

I got my hair cut by Bria and she is amazing!! It's the best cut I have probably ever gotten. Both my teens also get their hair cut by her and she listens and brings their vision perfectly to them, while taking in consideration their hair type and how they, and myself manage out hair outside the salon. It was my first time to this salon and first time seeing Bria. I was a bit nervous changing stylists, but the second I met her I knew we'd click. She is so friendly and easy to get along with.
