Tip and Tarah have cultivated a unique atmosphere at PDX Fit that sets it apart from any other gym. Over the course of two years, I've had the privilege of training under Coach Tip, and throughout this journey, I've consistently grown and learned. Beyond just fitness, Tip and Tarah, along with their sweet pups, Tsunami and Typhoon, have become good friends. Going to the gym is the highlight of my day! In addition to my regular workouts, I'm also an active member of the PDX Fit powerlifting team. I can honestly say that being part of this gym and the team we've created has brought me immense joy. If you're contemplating joining PDX Fit, I wholeheartedly encourage you to take the plunge - you won't be disappointed. :)
