My 15 yr old son saw Cathy for PT 6 times. Cathy did the cold therapy on my son. I was very impressed in how she made my son feel so comfortable. I loved that she work with him one on one every time for an hour. She made sure he did the exercise correctly and sent me videos for homework. After being rear-ended, I was referred to Ancient City Chiropractic of St. Augustine for treatment. I had originally planned to go with another chiropractic team, but I’m truly glad I chose Ancient City Chiropractic instead. The doctor and the in-house physical therapist offer the same level of expertise and compassionate care you’d expect from a primary care physician. I am a lifetime chiropractic fan due to various childhood/adult injuries and the repetitive stress of my trade--standing and playing guitar for hours at a time. I can honestly say Dr. Accurrso is one of the best! He understands that every body has different requirements -- he listens and taylors his healing to your unique needs. His friendly staff includes his lovely wife(physical therapist) and they have self-therapy options made easy-- online exercises specifically prescribed for you. I love this cuz I can follow along at home on the YouTube channel.I'm also in love with the office therapy dog-- Kona-- who loves to play ball. She's a true stress reducer and a great metaphor for what this office is all about--friendly, caring treatment with a focus on moving forward on the healing journey and experiencing joy and life to its fullest!

Had 3 left shoulder surgeries 2010-2012 and physical therapy thru 2018. I could not raise my arm straight up, I was told my next step was shoulder replacement when I can’t stand pain anymore. I was to the point where I was going to try physical therapy one more time and the physical therapist, Cathy, was able to work with me on exercises and laser treatment.
