Matt was very anxious when he started small group sessions at Spectrum Sports, but the patient staff persisted and worked hard with him. Now he looks forward to going and enjoys his individual sessions with Tara so much, he laughes himself into a giggling frenzy and doesn’t want to leave! This place is amazing. The staff are all so caring and kind. They get their clients moving and having a good time. The facility is clean and has wheelchair parking and is easily wheelchair accessible.

My brother went to Spectrum Sports for the first time about a year ago. I signed him up for classes because I thought it would be good for him. Now, he loves to exercise and looks forward to going every week. Not only is he stronger physically, but I think he is sharper mentally, and his social skills have improved. I tell people that finding Spectrum Sports is one of the best things that ever happened to us!

Wonderful place to bring your kid/adult for group activities. Staff is great and a variety of activities designed for all abilities. My son looks forward to his classes every week and he is getting some great socialization as well.

We have found Spectrum Sports to be an amazing addition to our son's week. We were looking for more activity for him and their program is perfect. It varies every week. It's well organized, fun, imaginative, and has a level of routine he really enjoys. I don't know where the coaches get all their energy but they have it. More so, we've been impressed with how they get everyone involved - even reluctant participants. Their ease in scheduling really helps too, as we can sign up for different classes as our schedule changes. We were even more impressed as they offer other activities like parties, informational talks, and movie nights. This really is an outstanding program.

Great program, friendly and accepting staff. We have been woth Spectrum Sports since they started. They motivate my son (has Down Syndrome) to get exercise, but most important, he has a great time. We highly recommend Spectrum Sports!
