Matt was very anxious when he started small group sessions at Spectrum Sports, but the patient staff persisted and worked hard with him. Now he looks forward to going and enjoys his individual sessions with Tara so much, he laughes himself into a giggling frenzy and doesn’t want to leave! This place is amazing. The staff are all so caring and kind. They get their clients moving and having a good time. The facility is clean and has wheelchair parking and is easily wheelchair accessible.

My brother went to Spectrum Sports for the first time about a year ago. I signed him up for classes because I thought it would be good for him. Now, he loves to exercise and looks forward to going every week. Not only is he stronger physically, but I think he is sharper mentally, and his social skills have improved. I tell people that finding Spectrum Sports is one of the best things that ever happened to us!
