Awesome experience at CFLF. I consider myself relatively fit, but this place has really put that to the test. I feel like a total beginner, consistently outpaced and outlifted by women and older men who have been at the gym longer than I have. Luckily the trainers are very beginner-friendly

This is the place I always want to be. I genuinely enjoy every workout, and the community here is amazing — everyone pushes and supports each other. The coaches are incredibly helpful, always finding ways to help you scale up and get better. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, I was in town for eight days and I went back to Crossfit Lovefield. It was like going home. It was so wonderful to see so many familiar faces and I have been gone for six years! it is a testament to how great this place is! Kendall and Johnny have done such an incredible job and to have the same coaches for so long is amazing! I felt the love, can’t wait to go back when I visit. The best part was being able to do the Murph with such a fantastic group!!

CFLF has been amazing so far! Such a supportive community and a terrific gym facility. Everyone supports each other in getting stronger and becoming a better athlete no matter your skill level. Kendall and Johnie are also incredible owners and care deeply about each member.
