Received our spa exactly on the day they told me. The team was very attentive to the care of my spa. They had me ready for the electric hookup within a hr of showing up. I give the setup crew a 5 star. I give the salesman Thomas a 5 star. Great job guys.

When I bought my hot tub 5 years ago customer service, delivery, install and even service 3years ago was fabulous. Would have recommended this place to anyone. In March of this year I was needing a new hot tub cover so reached out to customer service. Talked to someone who said I’d receive a call back with suggestions for my cover. Never heard from anyone. Left three messages over a few weeks. Finally had someone answer the phone and was transfer to voicemail. Worst customer service ever!!! I ended up going elsewhere and got exactly what I needed and it was less expensive. Terribly disappointed in what has happened to the company.

They have taken my money and failed to refund it-I have no hot tub at all and have been waiting since last March 3-21. I was promised a full refund and instead they charged my card even More-for a total of $11,766.78 as of today-1-11-22. They have delivered nothing at all. I ah e filed reports with the BBB, contested charges and intend to be following up with legal help.

Today, our Bullfrog hot tub was delivered. From buy to install, it took right at 9 mos. I have to say that the customer service we received FAR exceeded expectations. In the beginning, we hadn’t been getting a lot of communication on time line, back orders etc etc. Initially, because of the lack of communication, I did not leave a good review- the owner himself reached out to us directly the same night I posted the review. He committed to better communication- even with set days and times we would get updates from him. He kept his word and sent an update (even when there was no update to share) every day he promised. You really don’t receive customer service like this anymore- he completely turned this experience around for us. Cole, the owner, even showed up TODAY, for delivery and install to make sure we were taken care of. And when I say showed up… he was helping and working. When the technicians arrived, I was telling them how impressed I was with the customer service and they went on to sing his praises saying he is the best boss they’ve ever worked for. Cole truly cares about his company, his people and his customers. Jesse and Jacob also did a fantastic job explaining everything thoroughly and making it easy and seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Southern Leisure to anyone shopping around for hot tubs right now- you get a lot of empty promises to make a sale in a moment but I can speak from the experience you get top notch service from start to finish here. Big thank you to Cole and the guys at Southern Leisure for turning this experience into something very positive for us!!

This place is AWESOME. I called to get information, decided I wanted to buy the hot tub over the phone after Garrett gave me all the information. He even FaceTimed me to show me what I bought and I showed him the slab I have at my house over FaceTime to make sure it would work. He had the financing done in 20 minutes and had the info over to me to sign. He explained everything to me, spoke to my electrician and explained exactly what needed to be done and had someone out the day after I bought the hot tub to inspect. I am impatient and told him I wanted it as fast as possible. He had it to me the morning after the electrician came and the inspection was done. The delivery guys were awesome. They were friendly and explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with the placement. The technician Travis came right after them and set everything up and showed us how to use it. Aside from the service, the hot tub is amazing! It was affordable and we are so excited about the quality. Garret, Travis, and the delivery guys- all awesome. I bought a hot tub, had it set up and was in it 48 hours later cause they catered to my psychosis and were even nice about it! Haha! Thanks again, guys.
