Love our new hot tub! Great experience with Southern Leisure Spas. Harmony showed us all the hot tubs and was very knowledgeable about all of them. She helped us select the hot tub that was the best fit for us, and stayed in contact with us throughout the delivery and set up process, and even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we didn’t have any issues. The rest of the staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery service was excellent, with good communication and they showed up when they said they would. Assisted us with the set up and placement of the hot tub. The Platinum Spas Topaz has not disappointed, either, with a lot of powerful jets that are fully adjustable and tasteful lighting that is not overwhelming. With two jet pumps we have individual control, either seat can choose if they want jets or not. Totally pleased with our purchase!

Wow…just wow! Derek and the team at Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness are amazing. The Bullfrog hot tub we have is great. Now we’re just dreaming of cold weather so we can use it. And, Noah Toledo is a gem!! He made the 4.5 hour drive to deliver our tub. It arrived in perfect condition and he was SO helpful and kind. We look forward to doing business with them again.

Excellent business with quality products and great customer service! We had been looking at a specific hot tub for quite some time and once we were ready to purchase they gave us an outstanding payment and financing option we could not beat any where else. Once purchased and set up they continued to follow up to make sure we were happy with our purchase and alway answer any questions we have about getting the most out of our hot tub from correct water PH and alkaline levels to cleaning and ‘summerizing’ our hot tub. We highly recommend looking Southern Leisure before purchasing a hot tub anywhere else.
