While I initially worked with Kam when I purchased my first home a few years ago, he was difficult to communicate with at the time. Since then, the follow-up service has been lacking as well. I reached out a month ago regarding renewal options after receiving an automated notification, but I still have not received a reply. This pattern of poor responsiveness makes me hesitant to continue working with him in the future.
