My daughter and I dropped in from North Carolina and had the best time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming . The Owner & Coach Cody is a class act, he made us feel like we were part of the community the minute we walked through the door. Crossfit Tradition is clean and has a lot of equipment and space to work out. We love the vibe here and really appreciate all the hospitality we received as drop’s in visitors. My daughter’s back was a little sore so coach Cody provided her with a modification to the without to protect her back without compromising the intensity of the workout. She left feeling good . Rest assure Crossfit Tradition will be our crossfit gym whenever we’re in Port St. Lucie. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I would give a thousand starts if possible.I started about a year and a half ago and I was welcomed by everyone with so much warmth and enthusiasm. This place became my second home and all those people my second family.Cody is knowledgeable and patient. He is ready to help us reach our fitness goals. Coach Ryan always encourages us to push ourselves when things get hard. They are both awesome coaches and friends!I have lost 70lbs since I started and it’s only the beginning.I learned to love being active and the importance of taking care of myself.If you’re looking for all those things, CrossFit Tradition will be 100% the best decision you can make!

They will push you but they will not let get hurt.If you are looking to get and stay fit I would encourage you to come try it out for your self.You will not regret it.Something different everyday. Works out the whole body. Makes you all around stronger.If you are older, even better for you. You will develop strength to keep up your stamina heart rate and balance.

I always wanted to have a structure for working out and was a struggle to find it. Then I was suggested by someone to check out crossfit. I looked up the closest gym to me and that being CF tradition, I gave it a shot and its one of the best decisions I made. The community is welcoming. The coaching is extremely knowledgeable and the atmosphere is one that im always excited to be at. Learning new techniques to genuinely seeing results and to be around people to celebrate mine and theirs is something that makes this gym truly special.

The hardest lift is the car door handle! "Let’s be honest: the hardest lift you will ever do at the gym is the one where you lift your car door handle to get out and go inside.I’m currently on a fitness journey at CrossFit Tradition, and I’ve had to use the 5SecondRule more times than I can count just to show up. But here is the truth: showing up is the only part you have to do alone. Once you walk through those doors, this community and the incredible coaches take over.I’m seeing real changes—I’ve lost weight, I’m looking fitter, and I feel stronger—but I’m staying humble because I know it’s a process. What I love most is that the coaches here don't just throw you into the deep end they actually sit with you, obsessing over your posture and movement to make sure you’re doing it right. They meet you exactly where you are.The facility is spotless (which we all appreciate!), but the heart of this place is the people. The best thing I did for my body last year was join CrossFit Tradition. It was a very welcoming community of people, even at my age. I’m 63 years old and the coaches catered exercises to my athletic ability and disabilities. It was a very personal experience where I was able to do more than I ever thought I could. I highly recommend you consider this program and location even if you’re as old or older than me. I’m so glad to stop fighting with crowded gyms like EOS and get personal coaching every time I’m there.
