I was in search for a funeral home to do cremation services for my mother. I contacted several places and went with Miraglia. Not only was Joe helpful and answered my questions, he followed up with me to see if I had any additional questions. I contacted about 6 or more funeral homes and not one sent me a follow up email. During times like this, you want it to feel genuine and not just about business. It's family owned and I did not get its just business vibes from them. They are transparent about the cost of things and give recommendations as well. I reside in Queens and Joe took the time to come to Queens to drop off the certificates. That is going above and beyond! No one truly plans for the passing of a loved one. If you need to find a funeral home, I would highly recommend Miraglia for services.My only feedback is the communication in a timely manner. At times it was a quick response and other times not so much. Working in a funeral home is an emotional job, and it is equally emotional for the families who rely on these services.

From that first contact, we felt supported and cared for, like family.They took care of all the cremation arrangements, filled out the necessary forms, and obtained the permits to facilitate the transfer of his ashes to our home country.
