He helped us secure a great investment property in Lavington, a suburb that’s really starting to grow. Just a little over a year after we bought the property, the value has gone up by 35%, which is pretty amazing. But what really stood out to us wasn’t just the outcome, it was the whole experience.Right from the start, Sudhir listened to what we needed. We weren’t after just any property. We had a budget, wanted something in a good location, and were thinking long-term. He completely got that and found us something that ticked all the boxes.
