Dropped in to hit a little Wednesday morning grind and was met by Travis (Coach, co-owner) for the 0500 class. Facility was clean and had sufficient equipment for everyone to do just about anything. Small group of great people to WOD with along with some much needed bench press strength training. Had a great time. If your ever in the La Vista/Omaha area definitely hit these guys up.

Love this place, everyone is so open and welcomes you with open arms the minute you walk in the door. In the short time I have been going I have learned so much and done so many things I never thought I would be able to do.

I dropped in for Snatch training and was very impressed with the coaches. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Great group of people!

Working out here is so much fun. Lots of challenging workouts with a lot of great people. No matter how much the workout drained us, we keep coming back again and again.

I love this gym. Not just because I get a great workout but because of the friendly atmosphere created by members and owners. It's not completely CrossFit kool-aid as some CrossFit gyms are. You wont get lectured about Paleo and Rich Froning. This is sort of an unusual CrossFit gym where you're more likely to hear people talk about their bench press than their Fran time. Unheard of at most CF gyms. I've also made some great friends that I hang out with outside of the gym on the weekends. Come try it.

Great community of people, and great workouts for all skill levels. The new owners have improved the space, and it doesn't hurt that they are pretty darn cool as well! Highly recommend!
