My personal training goal has been to improve strength and explosiveness for athletics for the past 3 or so years. In that time Ive tried 10 or so gyms.This gym is probably the best gym Ive been to in the treasure valley for people who are looking to train for strength, olympic lifts, CrossFit, and athletics, especially if they value privacy.This gym has an incredible inventory of accessories for training, like glute bands, roller balls, a safety squat bar, kettle bells up to 100+ pounds. There is rarely anyone in the gym, unless classes are occurring.The trainers and members are incredibly nice and welcoming.
