I traveled to Boise to attend a StrongFirst certification, which was being held at Functional Idaho Strength and Mobility. This gym was fantastic! It is spacious with a large variety of equipment, and every part of it was so clean and well-kept. The atmosphere was also very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Functional Idaho if you are looking for a gym in the Boise area!

This gym is FANTASTIC! The gym equipment is high end. The recovery amenities are refreshing. And the staff are so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly the best gym I've been to in Idaho. Had a great time training here and will be back! The perfect environment to get motivated and keep disciplined. Hope you give this place a chance to get you fit and strong 💪 highly recommended!
