Μια ωραία εμπειρία σε ένα ενδιαφέρον σπήλαιο. Είχαμε ξεναγό σε όλη τη διαδρομή και κάναμε αρκετές στάσεις για να μας πει τι βλέπουμε γύρω μας. Έχει αρκετά σκαλοπάτια οπότε θα πρέπει να είστε προετοιμασμένοι, σε κάποια σημεία γλιστράει αρκετά. Καλό θα ήταν να φοράτε παπούτσια που δεν γλιστρούν.

A beautifully renovated hotel booked through our travel agent as part of a Scenic river cruise. The hotel staff was extremely helpful resolving a reservation glitch and as a disabled person they went the extra mile in getting us a room that best suited my needs.A very good bar and food options make this a comfortable and inviting respite from the rigors of travel. :) Service at the bar can be slow and you may need to be a bit of a bother to get a server's attention.A short, scenic 15 minute walk to the Anne Frank house (Annex) that I was fortunate/lucky enough to get tickets for tomorrow.Enjoy your stay in this centrally located hotel that offers good service and an inviting atmosphere.

😀 - Good resort Comfortable and clean 😞 - Staff not very friendly and humble and mostly not smiling and welcoming Too much rush during breakfast, only one person making omlette and the line was very long, it took us 20 mins to just get an omlette.

I wanted to stay in Hongdae proper and it’s our first time visited in Seoul. It’s a great locations, close to the subway station (Hongkik University station) next door has 7-11 and other many coffee shops, and shopping areas. The room is pretty nice except their elevator takes too long and one time the other elevator was on the maintenance. Also, they really don’t have a staffs to help to take your luggage check in and out the hotel. Other than that my experienced not bad.

😀 - Location, location! 😞 - Staff in the restaurant/Cafe seemed very stressed....perhaps understaffed. Not a single biscuit to enjoy with a cuppa! That was disappointing 😞

I stayed at the W Bogotá from March 19 to 22, and the experience was exceptional. From the start, Viviana, the concierge, took care of all my needs. The staff at the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping were extremely attentive. My suite was immaculate, well-appointed, and had an exceptional city view. The facilities, including the gym, were top-notch. Plus, the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions. I want to highlight Mrs. Loaiza from housekeeping, who kept my room perfect and even left me a small treat, a "Bocadillo", which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely return

I had a great experience at the AT&T store thanks to Joel. He recently helped me switch over from Verizon to AT&T, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Joel was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He made sure everything transferred properly and helped me find the best options for my needs. We had a perfect time celebrating my husbands birthday! The hotel is beautiful, we got upgraded, and there was cake and wine in the room for my husband! Everyone was lovely and helpful, they were able to secure a dinner reservation that I was not able to. The bikes could use some TLC but we enjoyed using them. Great location, chic hotel, we will be back!
