I cannot recommend VacTech enough. This is the second time I’ve used them, and once again they absolutely knocked it out of the park.They came in, got straight to work, and were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing—especially when it comes to pet odor and pet stain removal, which is not an easy task. My carpets look and smell completely refreshed.Christian was the technician this time and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency and quality twice in a row.If you’re even thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, just call VacTech. Seriously.

Christopher was a very nice young man and did a really good job. We had our carpet stretched. The company was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and showed up within the time frame they said (even texting to let me know their time schedule). The rates were very reasonable.
