We had an excellent experience with VacTech! Christian cleaned our sectional couch and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully assess the upholstery and determine the best cleaning method rather than simply jumping into the job.I was especially impressed by his attention to detail. He was extremely thorough and clearly took pride in doing the job right. He was also very conscientious about our home, immediately mopping up any water that got on the floor while he worked and leaving the area clean and tidy. Our sectional looks wonderful, and the difference was impressive! Christian worked incredibly hard, never rushed the process, and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved and the quality of the results. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service from someone who is professional, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. We would absolutely use VacTech again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning!

I work in property management and have had the pleasure of working with Chris and his team here at VacTech. He is very clear with his scheduling, communication, and follow through. This company is a 10/10 for me! Their carpet cleaning is consistent and great work. They also do pet treatments and carpet repairs as needed. I am happy to have came across VacTech, we plan on using them for the foreseeable future.

I cannot recommend VacTech enough. This is the second time I’ve used them, and once again they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They came in, got straight to work, and were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing—especially when it comes to pet odor and pet stain removal, which is not an easy task. My carpets look and smell completely refreshed.Christian was the technician this time and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency and quality twice in a row.If you’re even thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, just call VacTech. Seriously.
