Spent a short time here, overall great gym! Great coaches for both adults and children. Variety of classes available at a very reasonable membership price. From day one the environment was very welcoming. Good spot to train.

I reached out ahead of time and was told we could come in during the week to try a class. We arrived about 20 minutes before the scheduled Muay Thai class, but were told we needed to be scheduled for another day. That would have been completely understandable if it had been communicated beforehand. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction felt dismissive, and only my son’s name was written on the calendar, no contact information was taken. My 5-year-old was very excited to try the class and ended up leaving in tears. It was a disappointing first impression.

Been training at One Academy for one month now and im loving it. Coach Carlos is awesome Muay Thai instructor. He takes time to point out areas of growth and has a great energy about him. Will recommend to anyone and everyone.

I am extremely concerned about an individual associated with this establishment named Edward, who I understand works as a coach.I witnessed a very serious situation involving him outside of the facility that raised major concerns about his behavior, judgment, and ability to represent a place that teaches discipline and respect—especially to kids.Because of how serious the situation was, I contacted the establishment and spoke with someone I believe is a manager, Javier, to report what I witnessed. I was told it would be handled, but days have passed with no follow-up.When someone in a position of leadership is involved in behavior that raises safety concerns, it should be addressed immediately and transparently. Parents trust places like this with their children, and that trust should not be taken lightly.I strongly urge management to take this seriously and thoroughly review who they have representing their business.

Great gym for Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, and MMA. I mainly train Jiu Jitsu, and the team is welcoming and tough in the best way. Professor Aaron is super smart and breaks techniques down so they’re easy to learn and apply. Highly recommend!!

The gym is a family oriented place. Safe for kids, people of all sizes and athletic ability. This gym is one of the few that will break down the fundamentals of muaythai, boxing, jujitsu and wrestling. I would recommend you come see for yourself.

Not a bad gym for training, but is it worth traveling an hour to train here? No. Not the family I once thought I had. Trained with this group for almost 4 years maybe more idk, and I go through a tough time once and not a single one reaches out unless it's over money. If it's all the same you're better off at a gym that's 20 minutes away and saving the gas $...

I’ve been training at this gym for three years, and it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and do an amazing job working with both adults and kids. They truly care about teaching and mentoring, and the community here is welcoming and full of great people. This gym has been a big part of my life, and I’ve met many lifelong friends here. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this gym enough! The coaches here are high level, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in every student’s progress, whether you’re brand new or a seasoned fighter. The atmosphere is welcoming but still competitive enough to push you past your limits. The facility is spotless, well-equipped, and has everything you need for striking, grappling, and conditioning. What really sets it apart is the sense of community everyone motivates each other, and it feels like a true team environment.Since joining, my technique, conditioning, and confidence have skyrocketed. If you’re looking for a place to sharpen your skills, get in fight shape, and be surrounded by great people, this is the gym to be at!
