Had 7H install a metal roof, seamless gutters, and large roof extension. The final product was exceptional and was completed in a timely manner. The materials they use are quality, not a warped 2x4 in sight. Only hiccup was they were out of the color gutters we chose but Seth was quick to find another vendor to supply the metal. My experience with 7H was great and I will definitely be using them again. Price was reasonable as well

7HRoofing was recommended to me by one of my neighbors who knew the owners personally and could vouch for there work, honesty and integrity. My requirement was a bit unique that I not only needed a new roof, but I also needed someone to correct the original builders substandard work.1. The roof job was impressive and looks beautiful. It's been about 7 months and it has already survived a couple hail/wind storms. It still looks like the day they installed it. I think the most impressive part was the crew and the cleanup. They took great care to cover my plants/shrubs and clean up all the leftover debris. I also had the gutter system replaced with proper sized gutters w/ gutter guards that the original builder undersized. So glad I don't have to go up on the roof and clean gutters anymore and the water now drains properly away from the foundation.2. Another job was to gut and rebuild a breezeway between the house and garage that had hidden water damage that was only discovered 12 yrs after the house was built. What a mess that was but it is beautiful now!3. Another job was to shore up some rafters in my garage attic that the original builder didn't complete. That side of the roof of the garage was obviously sagging and it was unsafe for his crew to get up there and do any kind of roof work so that had to be fixed first.I guess the point I'm trying to make is these guy's don't do just roofs; they do construction, renovations and corrections as well. Would I use them again? Absolutely! They did top shelf work for a reasonable price.

7H repaired and replaced rotted fascia and Hardiplank siding on our home. What we initially liked was that Seth didn’t try to oversell. Another company gave us an estimate, but said they’d have to replace ALL of our siding. 7H also offered alternative recommendations and options. Fair cost for parts and labor. The work was stellar and Seth checked on the progress from beginning to end. We’re very happy with he completed job and will recommend 7H anytime.
