Ace Fitness helped me get the perfect treadmill! I needed one that went up to at least 25%incline and could stand trained on for trail marathons. They got me exactly what I needed and their delivery was above and beyond. It’s not easy to get anything to our place due to a very narrow and steep driveway, yet their delivery made it happen. I’m still impressed how they figured how to do it. They live by my motto, it’s not no, but how. Thank you Ace Fitness.

Great experience with ACE Fitness! The reconditioned treadmill I received was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. Rio provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Very happy with both the treadmill and the service. Highly recommend!

During a move I had to take off the control panel and remove the power cable from my StairMaster. I damaged the power cable and needed a new one. I reached out to Daniel Everly and he went above and beyond to get me a replacement! Daniel even took the time to talk with me on the phone and via text to help me troubleshoot the issue that I was having. Operator error was the main problem but Daniel was patient and kind in helping me correct it. I can’t elaborate enough how much of a help Daniel was to me. Thank you for your time, professionalism and kindness!

From beginning to the end of the purchasing experience, the communication level was very high. The unit arrived looking and smelling new. It was obvious they did a good job on the refurbishing of the AMT. It runs smoothly, like new. I am very familiar with this unit and know what it should look and feel like. Most used units make squeezing noises from wear & tear. This unit is smooth as butter. Very satisfied ny purchase.

Very professional, courteous, and responsive sales and customer service. The equipment is shipped curbside delivery only but they helped coordinate a local installer to get the unit in and set up. Appreciated the communications and smooth process. Thanks!

I ordered 2 pieces of equipment- worked with Daniel then handed off to Rio for the scheduling part. Both were extremely helpful and did everything exactly as promised. Kevin showed up with the equipment, and put them where they needed to go. Gave me a quick tutorial and told me to call if I had any issues at all. Good old fashioned service from all 3 of them. Highly recommend! - Michael W.

Great overall experience. All my questions were answered and pricing was very competitive (and ultimately the best out of the various options I had been evaluating). Delivery was fast and the team delivering the equipment was very professional and great. We are already using our stairmaster and could not have been any happier with the experience with Ace!
