During a move I had to take off the control panel and remove the power cable from my StairMaster. I damaged the power cable and needed a new one. I reached out to Daniel Everly and he went above and beyond to get me a replacement! Daniel even took the time to talk with me on the phone and via text to help me troubleshoot the issue that I was having. Operator error was the main problem but Daniel was patient and kind in helping me correct it. I can’t elaborate enough how much of a help Daniel was to me. Ace Fitness Equipment got us a rower from OTF at a great price, including shipping across the country, and with great support and updates throughout. Now we can do the whole circuit at home when time is short. I would absolutely use AFE again.
