Had an issue with my driver door handle on honda civic not opening from the outside and only opening from inside. I went to another repair shop who had told me that it couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me a significant amount of money to replace. I happened to come across this place via google search and gave it a try. Alex was extremely helpful. I was able to bring my car to be looked at same day and he determined that there was a bracket set wrong in the handle that was causing the problem. He fixed it with no charge. I will definitely recommend this place for his honesty and that he would have been much cheaper than the other place if I had needed to replace the handle. Thanks again Alex for the help today!

I brought my car in for a body repair on the back side of my car. The work seemed good at first, and they were nice. But after a closer look, they installed the light unevenly, the paint is turning yellow, and it’s chipping. At least, I was able to keep my deductible.

I recently had my F250 rear-ended by another truck. Sure Shot was recommended to me and I saw they had great reviews so my expectations were very high. They didn't disappoint. I had a couple of unusual issues but they took care of me better than anybody I had used before. They even fixed the rear tailgate lock and it works better than it ever did even when new. The truck looks great and they did it quicker than I expected. I hope I never have to use another collision repair service but if I do, Sure Shot and Alex will be the only people I will call.

I happen to work next door and one of the workers saw me struggle with removing some paint from my vehicle. He came over with some solution to help remove it, and when I asked if someone could help me with buffing, he told me to speak to the owner, Alex. Alex came over and told me they could buff most if not all of it out. He told me to drop off my car the next morning, which I did. He removed all of the paint as a complimentary service. I am so pleased with his professionalism; I will take all my cars in the future to him!
