I absolutely love my blinds installed in my new home from Upstate Window Fashion. I love that I can use the remotes or the app to open and close them or even set them on a schedule. It was money well spent and they look stunning. Josh has been amazing to work.I was so happy with them I am even having them installing the window treatment at our new model home at our new community in Blaize Ridge in Greer, SC and have recommended them to many of our homeowners. Yes I did pay for my window treatments. All of them!!! :-) I am giving them this great review because I am that happy with their product and their company. Would I do it again? Absolutely!!! I will never go back to regular blinds again. I am officially spoiled!!!Update: I had to update this review today. It has been over 4 years since my window treatments were installed. I called today because I was having an issue with one of my automatic shade...it turned out it was my fault I was using the wrong charger! Let me tell you few companies have this great of customer service especially this far after install. I will always recommend this company and use them again if I ever decide to move. My shades still look like the day I had them installed and work beautifully minus occasional user error! :-)

Superb job!Working with Blake and James was a breeze. I was thrilled that Upstate Window Fashions would take on a small job. I needed a wood blind at the patio door that would be compatible to the existing window blinds. The process was seamless from first contact to installation. Upstate Window Fashions has great customer service and friendly installers. It felt very personalized and like they really care about the customer. There were a variety of window treatment options to find one that fit my needs. The product is high quality and works well in my space. The install was timely and the installer took care to clean up after install including patching any bumps/holes, cleaning off any scuffs, and vacuuming debris from the install process.
