I was introduced to Mike and Gina through another mobile mechanic I had used. Very glad and happy to have switched Mechanics... Mike and Gina were both very kind, courteous and professional. Mike did a fairly Large Job on my wife's 14' RAM 2500 4X4 6.4HEMI. Mike had to replace Radiator, Water pump, Thermostat, Upper and lower radiator hoses along with every clamp on cooling system, Flushed and reattached Heater core hoses, Replaced serpentine belt, How long was pressure testing and coolant Being bled of any airpockets. My car recently cut off on the parkway going to Plant City and had to pull over in Lakeland (Ross Parking lot) I got on google , read a couple of reviews & decided to go with Mike and Gina. They were very nice and got to my car as fast as they could. He pulled up…ran a diagnostics test and found out it was my alternator. He went and got the alternator , installed it (it was pretty hot out there lol) and I was on my way in a couple hours. Being that it was the weekend and shops are closed…and usually take a while before they even get to your car, this was such a relief to me. My window regulator was broken last week. Mike & Gina did a great job changing the broken regulator and put the new one in. Now its go up and down so smoothly. He had also helped me change the brakes and oil change. I had absorbed Mike when he did the job and he had always put in his 100% efforts to get the each job done correctly.
