I was having a problem with animal noises in the attic and called Precision Pest and Wildlife. Whitney was able to schedule an assessment the next day! The team that came out have done an excellent job taking care of sealing all the entry points. Chase and Zane were fantastic. Avery did the initial assessment and was very professional and thorough in explaining the process to me. I highly recommend their services.

$1500 to seal entry points and to install a metal mesh-type material on the ridge vents. $500 to add a one-way squirrel door and cameras to see the squirrel coming out and to monitor it attempting to return.Service from time of contact was very quick. High level of communication. Very transparent with images of key areas and where work was done.Can include a couple different $/month plans in case reoccurring issues is a potential problem.Overall, service was prompt and quick and I no longer have a squirrel in my ceiling making a ton of noise.

We had an ongoing problem with raccoons in the attic and reached out to Precision Pest and Wildlife Control. Zach responded quickly, assessed our situation and thoroughly explained his findings, even documenting everything with photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. The raccoon was humanly caught and released. The attic needed extensive cleaning and restoration because of damages by raccoons over time. Alan and Cheese (his nickname) took fantastic care of that part of the process. They were hardworking and knowledgeable and clearly took pride in their work. They were genuinely pleasant to have around and I even overheard them singing while they worked which made the whole experience feel a little lighter. Overall we’re grateful for the team’s professionalism, communication, care, and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend them!
