I’d like to first thank Precision for working with me on scheduling! They went above and beyond setting me up then moving my appointment forward a week to help me again! Great customer service right out the gate towards a new customer! Liv my technician was Extremely Professional and Helpful with explaining the process, what and why they were using it, what to expect for the first couple weeks, as well as making sure to keep my Dogs in mind while spraying and placing traps. 10/10 will recommend for the customers service alone and you have professional service with it!

So far my experience with Precision Pest & Wildlife has been fantastic. Whitney has been incredibly helpful and patient when it comes to answering any questions had about the process. Response times were quick and all questions were answered thoroughly.While I havent had the treatment/inspection completed yet, they got me in the schedule for my initial appointment quickly so I cam start receiving services soon and were able to accommodate my scheduling needs! We had a very positive experience with Precision Pest and Wildlife.Every employee we encountered from the woman who helped get us scheduled to the guys that came by and inspected and did the labor, we were very impressed.They explained each step along the way and got the work done quickly and efficiently.They were also very friendly and kind to my children who enjoyed watching them work, and even left little toy stuffed raccoons in our tree for them to find.It were a little expensive but if we have further problems we will be calling them again.

This is our second time calling out Precision Pest & Wildlife. They evicted a colony of bats from our attic a few years ago. With a new roof on the house the work they did back then was removed and the bats chose to return. Round 2 and everything is shored up again to keep these little buggers from coming back. They also put up a deterrent to keep the squirrels from finding a home in an unfinished covered porch space. They're always very attentive to my issues and handle the situation quickly when allowed.
