Chris painted the exterior and interior of our, new to us, 1963 Double A Eichler home.Our house required a lot of prep work!Besides the exterior power washing and filling to smooth walls, fences and hard-scapes; the interior required Chris and his team to wash, by hand, the wood slat ceilings, the wood slat Cathedral ceiling and all the walls (renovations drywall dust everywhere) with rags.Chris had to use special primer on the exterior and interior because of the oil based wood stain.I asked Chris if he would cut the curved top off of both wood gates and make them flat. I know he's a painter but it doesn't hurt to ask. I don't know if Chris cut the gates or had someone else do the work; I don't care. The additional work was done and I'm a happy customer.Chris's attention to detail changed the curb appeal from "a dull barn" into our "Wow ... Tricolored Eichler Home".Chris and his team did an applause worthy job on the interior.The dark wood slat oil based stained ceilings have been painted white and that revitalized the entire interior.Each room has an accent wall that makes it pop.The price point was more than fair considering the amount of prep work they had to do to insure the paint would adhere properly.All I can say is ...If you want quality workmanship hire Chris w/Secured Paint Pros.
