MVB Transport was great! Marcel was very communicative, worked with me when my post-surgery time changed, and kept me updated on who my transport driver would be. My driver, Steven, was very kind and helpful. His vehicle was clean and well taken care of and he drove carefully on roads that were still covered in ice and snow in some areas after a winter storm. It was a professional and friendly experience! I have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks and will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend working directly with MVB for all mobility related needs in the DC area. I originally booked through Cloud of Goods, but when we had a scooter that ended up being too large to fit in the hotel lift Marcel and Shan were able to find a replacement scooter when Cloud of Goods wasn't. Their customer service was phenomenal, and they saved the day for our meeting attendee!

Wonderful service received from MVB Transportation!! Kudos to Shan and Marcel, they were great! We used their service for our mother for a medical appointment.
