This has been the hardest journey of my life since I had a severe accident over 2 years ago. I thank God for True Therapy and Sherry. I call her “ my life saver”! God sent her into my life to bring all of the right therapy services and everything needed to bring me back to health. I totally recommend True Therapy when You need Occupational or Physical Therapy to your home. Mandy (OT) and Linda (PT) both worked with my 86 year old mother for several months. They were so helpful in training her to do special exercises to help with her back pain from scoliosis, as well as helping me and her caregiver learn how to best help my mom on a daily basis. The ideas Mandy provided to help keep my mom engaged and to help her with transitioning her living environment we’re life changing. My mom benefited so much from working with them. They came to our home, we’re extra thorough, kind, punctual, caring, and flexible. I can’t recommend True Therapy enough! I feel we had some of the best care possible with them.

I cannot say enough about True therapy consultants. After a bike accident resulting in three pelvis fractures. I spent 5+hours on the phone trying to find a company that would do home OT. I When Sherry answered at through therapy, She was very kind, encouraging, calm, and took the bull by the horns! She called my medical doctor to see why they were not responding to pain, medication, aids, and then and then called my health insurance to find out out what they would cover. She was a true blessing especially at a time when I was in a lot of pain. And then meeting both, she and Mandy was absolutely delightful! Lovely ladies who know what they are talking about. They really care about their patients. I am truly sad that I no longer need their OT services however their PT person will be starting to work with me soon ! Don’t delay, call this incredible company ASAP 😊

They're marvelous! They're came to my home, did an assessment of my physical strength as well as an evaluation of my home assessing potential hazards and/or accomodations needed. Based on that information we worked together to set up a therapy plan. At the same time, the therapist let me try specific items I should get (cane, walking stick, tub mat, exercise equipment, etc) They were responsive to my budget and my preferences and made adaptations. In short, they provided expertise and experience but included my personal requests. We made a darn good team!

My father and I have had an AMAZING experience with True Therapy over the past year. My father is 74 and struggling physically and mentally, and he did PT and OT twice a week. True Therapy supported him through an illness and a fall and gave me the security that he was being taken care of and looked after. The feedback I receive has helped tremendously with doctors appointments and knowing which questions to ask. We couldn’t be more grateful for the support and results. I don’t know what we would have done this past year without Mandy and Linda!!

True Therapy helped my partner after a stroke and emergency brain surgery. She has made very visible progress. Mandy also worked with the insurance company to make certain Medicare Advantage covered all treatment sessions. Because True Therapy sends their consultants to your home, you receive the full attention of the therapist for the entire session. If you go to a facilities-based or hospital-based therapy center, they may have fancy machines but actual 1-on-1 time with the therapist may be less than 20 minutes out of each hour. The huge additional 1-on-1 time advantage with True Therapy's skilled therapists means your progress is much faster and more customized. Two thumbs up to True Therapy!

I love having the help. Sherry and Maggie et al have been instrumental furthering my wife's recovery from her illness. She has become much stronger and a bit more confident with herself. They are such good company that I wish they could be there all the time. Takes worry out of our lives.

I really appreciate the services and providers at True Therapy Consultants. I look forward to every visit. All therapists I have seen from this practice are friendly and plan the therapy sessions to be interesting and helpful to my stroke recovery. They always point out any growth that I have made which makes me see that I am progressing weekly. I love that they come to the home and are willing to accept payment at the rate Medicare assigns. I have been working with them for over 5 months. Their ability to see me in my home reduces the stress that occurs when family members have to transport. I highly recommend these service providers.

My husband has needed the services of OT and PT on and off for many years. We have received services that have been good, okay, and terrible, but never fantastic as it has been with True Therapy. Mandy and Linda have made a tough situation with changes in my husband’s condition ( he has Parkinson’s) as smooth as can be. They are responsible, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, respectful and very caring. They are personable and friendly (very approachable) resourceful and empathetic. They’ve been known to let me vent and make suggestions for management. As I’ve said, we have been down this road many times. As long as Mandy and Linda are helping us, we will feel that they have our backs and we are in very capable, and reassuring hands.

I was looking for several months for an OT to assist my husband and myself to help us do "stuff" around the house. We wanted them to come to our home not to an office, etc. My husband has Parkinson's & is on a walker full time. I had searched endlessly and gotten nowhere, but dead ends & dead beats, until someone gave me the name of True Therapy! I was amazed when I contacted them that Mandy, the owner actually answered the phone & told me that she and Sherry co-owed the practice and would be the ones working with us! Mandy came out to see us soon after our call and within a week's time Sherry came 2x a week and has been help us immensely! She is very kind & caring & also listens to me, the wife & care-giver. It hasn't solved everything, but at least it's nice to have someone check in on us and guide us along with extra caring & helpful suggestions & resources. I would highly recommend True Therapy if you want some professional caring therapists that do what they say and actually show up, etc.!!!!

I had total shoulder replacement surgery and Mandy OT and Linda PT have been wonderful. I came home the day of surgery clueless . These two ladies came to my home and made sure I was going in the right direction. I don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you .
