Understandable that the he old garage door opener needed to be replaced. Three options were offered and described. I chose the Premium because it was a complete package and the cost was within our budget. Aiden replaced the complete unit very timely and gave a thorough orientation on its features and operationI am very pleased with the new unit and confident that it is a lifetime purchase for our house.

Had a broken torsion spring on my garage door! Got online with Titan, Ashley got an appointment set up. Aiden, the tech, told me exactly what was needed, and total cost. Replaced the spring, and suggested new cables... Now I'm back in business! I highly suggest Titan Garage Doors!

We've used Titan a couple of times now (all for different issues) and have always been impressed. This week, I called about a broken spring on Tuesday morning. They offered a technician over in as little as 2.5 hours who was able to get us up and running in no time.Big ups to Craig, our favorite service technician. 🙌

Wednesday it happened - pressing the 'open' button the *crank crank crank* of the springs started up - but this time after about a foot and a half - *SNAP* | *SLAM* - After 20+ years one of the springs snapped - right when I had to pick my daughter up from school. Thankfully a neighbor was around to help me get out of the garage, and on the way I quickly googled 'top rated garage door maintenance quad cities' - and up came Titan Garage Doors. I tapped the number and spoke to a friendly and understanding person - who you want for these kind of calls - who was phenomenally able to get me in the next day - next morning in fact. The next morning I got a call from "Jeremy" - who said he was about a half an hour out. Then he showed up ontime. Then he went right to work. Taking a look at my janky old unit he asked if I was thinking of replacing it. Looking up at the old one I swear I could hear a "plleease!" emanate from it - 30 years of service - it was time. Jeremy walked me through the options, I selected - the finance approval was seamless and fast - and by just after lunch he was done. I can't remember a service call as smooth and painless as this. Thank you Jeremy & Titan Garage Doors - you can be sure I will call you for anything garage door related in the future!

Jeremy was excellent, he explained everything went over each type of garage door opener and gave me the pros and cons once I picked one he removed the old garage door opener and installed the new one. He even helped me set up the app on my phone. He made sure everything worked and check to make sure that I didn't have any questions that were not answered. I would recommend Titan garage doors to anybody, they're excellent and it's nice to work with the company that pays attention to customer service. Thank you again
