The tech was a super nice guy and it did not take very long to fix. I was surprised that it cost as much as it did but it's probably the going rate I guess. At least I got it fixed right away. They said it'd be there between noon and 4:00 and it wasn't much afternoon that he arrived. All in all it was a very good experience.

Both of my garage door springs broke, and my truck was trapped inside. There was no way I could get the garage door opened manually. Titan came out the same day and provided fast professional service. Both springs were replaced. I also had the plastic roller wheels replaced with nylon wheels and lubed.
