Garage spring broke on a 2-car residential garage door and they quoted me $968.35 to fix. Go lookup online average garage spring repair prices by region and you'll come to find the prices these guys charge are not competitive. The guy was already onsite and had the parts in his van so the quote wasn't even a "we don't want the job" highball quote (labor takes ~1hr). They refuse to give you a ballpark estimate over the phone even when you tell them the exact spring you have, which conveniently discourages you from shopping around for best price. I ended up going with a different contractor who charged much less and did a perfect job.
