Repair was great. Communication was good. It took two trips only because the warranty company sent the wrong part initially, but Higher Standards Appliance Repair took care of it, got the correct part sent out, and scheduled a new appointment. We had Keith help us out 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Once we had the correct parts, repair only took about 15 minutes.Edited to add: have now had them out again for second repair due to H20 error on dishwasher. They found a clogged elbow pipe, cleaned it out, and its all better. Good communication with texts for arrival,etc. Again, took less than 15 minutes once the technician arrived.

Efficient and great communication! I was able to arrange a technician to come in less than 24 hours. The part was ordered as soon as I approved the quote. Due to bad weather the part was delayed but Higher Standards offered an appointment the day the part arrived. These guys were professional, efficient and great communicators.
