Fernando is a nice guy, but make no mistake, he will try to cheat you if he can. He will give you all sorts of excuses as to why he is charging you more than his other customers. His favorite excuse is the price of gas is high. If you are a woman, particularly if you are an elderly woman, look out! Always ask Fernando for 2 or more references to check price. Definitely not recommended!

This place had sent out an advertising post card via U.S. Mail with a coupon for first lawn mowing free of charge. I was looking for a new lawn mowing service as my previous landscaping company had relocated. If it were possible to rate this company with zero stars, I would have done so. The lawn looks terrible with huge clumps of grass all over the place which have now just settled flat on the surface. It’s also very disturbing that grass clippings were blown into the landscaping mulch around the perimeter. It is also very obvious that they didn’t lower the blades on their machinery to adequately mow the grass to a desired length of 3 inches. Then, having taken the post card with the coupon, they wanted to charge $120 for the mowing. For a company that’s obviously looking for new business by sending out advertising mailers, they made an absolutely terrible first impression and would strongly advise against contacting them for any services, whether it be a simple basic lawn mowing or anything else for that matter.
