We were a group of 10 and we all fit comfortably in the unit. Location is great! Superb communication as well. Very cozy

Pretty and clean place. The hosts are very easy to reach if you have any concerns. There's also drinking water available so we didn't have to keep buying during our stay. There are stairs going up to the airbnb, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage or have any restrictions, but manageable if you're relatively fit.Thanks for the pleasant stay!

The location is super convenient since it’s near famous spots like Tavern by the Sea and El Union. It’s also within walking distance of 7-Eleven, Tagpuan, and a lot of other places, so getting around was really easy.We were a group of four, and the two big bunk beds were spacious. Each of us had our own bed, so we were all comfortable throughout our stay.One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re bringing big or heavy luggage, getting to the place can be a bit of a challenge. The alley going to the property is uphill and has a few stairs along the way.We also had some issues with the Wi-Fi. They were able to reload the router, but the connection kept coming and going. Thankfully, this was the only real problem we encountered during our stay.We also appreciated having a water dispenser outside our unit :))Overall, we love staying at Kiko’s place. It was a place where we were genuinely happy to come back to after a day out. 🌊✨
