I have been using Carpet Boss a couple times a year, since they have been open for the past few years! They are simply THE BEST!!!! Their attention to detail is amazing..they take such pride in their work. I have a naughty pomeranian that leaves awful carpet/rug stains, and with their special pet solution, they take care of some wicked problem areas!Chris is a wonderful technician, who really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile! Spencer, the owner, now has a new device to take your favorite rugs in-house for epic new cleaning methods! Can't say enough about Carpet Boss!! If you haven't tried them, you are missing out!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this company. The total job covered several rooms several days ago. Taylor, the carpet cleaner, did a great job in all rooms. The only issue was our den carpet when a few days later when the carpet dried something from deep in the carpet bleed through to the top. I called the owner, Mr. Ward around 8 am this morning and at 10 am, as he promised, Taylor showed up and devoted about 45 minutes working to take of the problem . When he left the carpet looked great again. Hopefully, the this fixed my problem. High commendation to the owner (Mr. Ward) and the technician (Mr. Taylor) for their Old School Customer Service when the CUSTOMER came first. Carlton Philpot, Commander. U. S. Navy (Ret.)
