I am writing this review for Sacramento TV Install. Many years ago I found this company online and decided to give them a try in regard to mounting my new TV on the wall at my new place of residence. Many years later, I can honestly say that I am glad that I found them. Very happy that I saved this number in my phone, Brian was the tech that came out years ago to Mount my 65 inch TV, he was the same person that came to mount my 98inch TV! A lot of people told me to get my own mount and that two people could get it done without professional help, considering the size and cost of the TV, I decided to not do that and instantly called to schedule an appointment the same day that I purchased my new TV. Not only was the over the phone service excellent, but with them now being so busy with installs in multiple areas, they STILL were able to fit me in because I let them know that I would love to have it installed by the time the playoff game started (jokingly), but to my surprise they were actually able to fit me in with an expedited install and didn’t even charge me extra. That is true care and concern for the customer and truly going above and beyond. To be honest, I am not surprised as this is the exact same service that I received over 8 years ago! If you have gotten this far in the review, I can assure you that you will not regret allowing Sacramento TV Install to complete your service request, almost certain, like myself, that you will have found a life long company that you can depend on. Thanks again Brian for adding the awesome vibe to our home and we will be seeing you again in the future!
