Alex was exceptional right from the moment I met him looking to buy and then he was my realtor to sell! He had suggestions on what would help the place sell faster , not only price but other suggestions. He did 3 open houses and on second one met the people who were looking for their parents. They then flew in and looked at mine and two others. Now only one other option. Alex held another open house and because he was so knowledgeable. They brought their parents to open houses so all their questions could be answered. I had left the attic stairway down and the future new owner went up the stairs and looked around! He liked the circuit box was labeled and also a paper that you could hold in your hand for circuit box , softener and irrigation. Alex guided them through to a sale. Only one month on the market and then less than 30 days til closed! He was very very helpful and, I as someone 77, he held my hand virtually as I waited for closing to happen! He texted me as soon as he heard the money was wired and in my account! Yes, Ty Alex Landry! You are unforgettable and my children 1200 miles away appreciated you!

We had a great experience working with Joel on our new build home. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help when we have questions. He made the process feel more approachable and less overwhelming. Joel was especially helpful when it came to working with the builder and lender. He helped us navigate both sides and provided guidance when we needed it, which made things much easier to understand. He is also very resourceful. Whenever something came up, he was able to find solutions and help move things forward without adding stress. Overall, Joel made the experience smoother for us, and we appreciated having his support throughout the process. We would definitely recommend him to others going through a new build or home purchase.
