Ive been going to Jose Auto Repair since day 1, and they always have treated me like family. Whenever I have a problem with my car I take it with them and I know that I'm in good hands, and they have done all kinds of work on my car like replacing my front suspension, replacing the transmission, my alignment, fixing my radiator.Even the rest of my family goes to them. Everyone that works there is always so friendly and makes you feel like you made the right choice in going to them for your automotive needs. Their two main mechanics Chris and Josh are hands down the best mechanics out here in the Hemet/ San Jacinto area, so if you're looking for a good auto shop, I recommend you give Jose's Auto Repair an opportunity to repair your car.

I needed to replace my brakes so I Googled this place in San Jacinto and spoke to Josh on the phone.. Right from the start he was very helpful. Had my oil change and alignment done recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. Josh, the tech, really came through, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The vehicle drives noticeably better after the alignment, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Great customer service and quality work. Long story short, I went to work, my mother took our car in. We paid $130 just to receive it more broken than when we took it in. We could drive it before we took it in, after we could barely get a mile down. I call after work to ask what happened since I was there and they got mad at me and the employee told me “to come down and say it to his face” multiple times. They argued with my 74 year old mother and the new mechanic said they have no idea what this place did to our car because things are not matching up. I had to call the cops to see what they felt I should do. They wanted me to bring a cop there but I didn’t even bother going back

Ever since we moved to San Jacinto a couple years ago, we kept making that one-hour pilgrimage back to our old mechanic… you know, because trust issues run deep 😅But honestly, we’re glad we finally gave this place a shot. Everyone here’s been solid, fair prices, super helpful, and no weird vibes. Safe to say, we’re not making that drive anymore. I was hearing a noise coming from my brakes which Jose Auto had repaired some months ago. They close at 12:00 pm on Saturday.I arrived at the shop expecting to make an appointment for next week to have my brakes checked at 11:45 am 15 minutes before closing.Chris the owner told Victor one of his mechanic to take my SUV for a test to see if he could hear or feel anything.He did and we got back to the shop Victor talked to Chris and the next thing I knew they put my SUV on the rack and had all four tires of. I have not experienced such service! The people are knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and kind. I was shown the old parts that were replaced to document the work was done. They take care of me every time. After the last several years of business with them I don’t even ask for the estimate. If Chris says it needs to happen it needs to happen.
