They were wonderful from start to finish. Showed up on time, were super efficient, doing their best to cause minimal disturbance as they were tearing things apart. We were *SUPER* lucky to be one of those rare jobs where they tore things apart out of necessity, and didn't find any egregious underlying issues - we just have a damp, drafty old house. Excellent communication throughout the process, what they put down as their bid/estimate is exactly what we were invoiced. We are super pleased with the additional advice they gave us to help keep the mold from coming back in the future, because even though they were great to work with, we really don't want to have to call them again in the future for more active mold problems, however once we get things put back together we will definitely be contacting them again to get help with mold PREVENTION, because they do that too!

A month ago, we discovered our crawl space was completely saturated and moldy due to rats eating our PEX water lines. I inherited an inability to get mold out of my body and therefore I have mold illness. When I discovered the catastrophe in our crawl space, I made the mistake of moving too fast and hiring two companies that contaminated our house with most spores and failed to protect me, despite all of my written and verbal requests. Then I found PNW Mold Control, and wish I had hired them to do all of the work, from the beginning. Not only are they certified to IICRC, the international standard for mold remediation, but management knows from personal experience about mold illness and how important it is to be impeccable when remediating. They came in and did a thorough job of containing their workspace so contamination wouldn't spread, and micro cleaning the most contaminated rooms. They used a non-toxic but effective material to fog our crawl space, living space, attic, HVAC ductwork, and garage to kill all mold spores. They seemed to have integrity from beginning to end, as well as the knowledge and skills to do a careful and thorough job for somebody with mold illness. But just remember, there are some species of mold that are toxic for everyone, not just those who were unlucky enough to inherit an inability to get mold out of the body.

The Team at PNW Mold Control is awesome. They professionally addressed and resolved our mold and ventilation issues in our attic and crawl space.
