I had the best experience with Bella as my nutritionist! My lifestyle and eating habits from my 30's and 40's do not work in my 60's. Realizing that, I looked up One Bite at a Time to find out what I was lacking in my daily nutrition. With Bella, I not only learned how to eat better and why to eat better, but what to eat, with no need to starve myself! Small shifts during the week helped me reach my health goals. Overall, I gained a more consistent energy level throughout the day, with very little sluggish time that we all can feel sometimes. I learned to choose foods to support joint inflammation, sleep, and exercise sessions. Bella is genuinely supportive and great at what she does!
