Just had our roof done by NuShine and it turned out excellent! Had recently had the house painted and it looked beautiful but the roof not so much, now it looks amazing!

I was working in the front yard with my daughter on a Saturday, pulling weeds around one of our planter beds, when a guy from Nu Shine drove up and told me he could give me several weekends of my life back.He said they were doing some work in the area and asked if I’d be interested in having the moss and buildup cleaned off our roof tiles. I knew it needed to be done, so I told him, “Sure, give me a quote,” and went right back to pulling weeds without thinking much more about it.He came back after looking over the roof and pointed out a few broken tiles in addition to the cleaning it needed. He also offered to clean out the gutters and downspouts, pressure wash the entire exterior of the house, the driveway, and the front entry walkway. The price he quoted me for everything was surprisingly reasonable, he was licensed and bonded, and he said they could get started in about 10 days. I figured, why not give them a shot? They came out and did exactly what they said they would. While working on the roof, they found a couple more tiles that needed crack repairs and gave me a screaming deal on taking care of those too.By the time they were finished, the roof looked dramatically better, the gutters and downspouts were cleaned out, the house was washed, and the driveway and walkway looked great.I feel like I got a whole month of my time back and knocked four things off my honey-do list without having to spend my weekends doing any of them.Totally worth it. Five stars. Would absolutely recommend Nu Shine.

I hadn't thought about my roof or gutters until my sister told me about her experience with NuShine. I had no idea how much moss and filth were in/on them. I asked for a quote and the owner, Doug, came over within 2 days and gave us an estimate. Their follow-through is exceptional. They are kind, professional and kept us informed throughout the process with texts and photos. Scott and Charles are amazing. This was a great experience and the results were excellent.

From start to finish, NuShine delivered! Scott came out to examine the roof, take photos, explain the necessary repairs he and his team would be performing, and provide an itemized estimate (roof, house, and all cement walkways/patios). Scott followed up during the week with a phone call and personal visit while in the neighborhood. I was ecstatic to see the transformation! His team emphasized that if I felt any "touch ups" were necessary, that they would come promptly and take care of them. In an age where AI and technology prevail, I was thrilled to see that NuShine still believes in personal service. I highly recommend NuShine!!

I was very pleased and happy with the work Nu Shine did on my roof. Not only did they remove eight years of moss that had accrued on the top of my roof, they also cleaned out all the gutters that were on my two-story home And replaced any cracked tiles and loose screws that they saw up there. They also Did some much-needed repairs to my large shed in the backyard. Doug and Scott were very professional and Kept me in the loop with everything providing pictures as they were doing the job. The cleanup at the end of the job was excellent. You didn’t even know that they were here. Two of my neighbors are currently using their services as well and seem to be very happy. A few of my other neighbors walked by and asked if I got a new roof ….that’s how clean it was.

I live in a community where our roof tiles are made of concrete. They last for 50 years (with occasional repairs!). I am original owner of my home and have been here 27 years, but my lovely roof was growing tons of moss. In the hot summer many dried and fell off making a mess.Nushine came with their “magic” machines and in hours I had a sparkling clean roof. They made a terrible mess, but when they were all done my home, my roof and my yard looked brand new. When I asked when I should have this done again, the answer was, “In another 20 years”.Get this done at your home, it will save your roof.

The roof on my house looks brand new. The men were friendly and pleasant to work with. I highly Recommend this company. They do great work.

From start to finish, they created a custom approach for my property that completely transformed my home from top to bottom. They removed every bit of moss and mold from my roof, power washed my driveway until it looked brand new, cleaned out and repaired my gutters, and even offered to take care of nine damaged roof tiles that had built up over the years — and they did it quickly, professionally, and without price gouging me.Their attention to detail, communication, and pride in their work truly stand out. I have been very impressed with all the service services provided by NuShine. My roof looks like it is new. Alll of the moss is gone as well as any cracked tiles have been replaced. By the way, insurance company’s are checking to see that the roof tiles are clean so it remains a strong cover for the home. The patio, sidewalks and house looked new after washing. In addition, I used them for their exterior painting team now the house looks beyond new. Following all of the work to clean up the roof and the body of the house I also used Jasmyn‘s expertise to clean the eyes or windows of the home. They are a great team they come on time, they work hard and are very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a home facelift.

Nushine did an absolutely perfect job. After their work, our roof is looking like new, our gutters and drain pipes are clear and the outside of our house is dust and dirt free. They worked non-stop and left our whole area in a pristine condition. I cannot stress how perfectly they cleaned up when they were through pressure washing everything. (They even washed down the side of our neighbors homes in case any dusty water floated over to their home.) I highly recommend this firm to anyone who wants perfection and thoroughness throughout.
