The results have been incredible: by the 5th session, I was already able to return to my highly demanding physical job at Amazon. Because I trust this clinic completely, I also brought my mother here, who suffers from numerous health issues, and they are taking exceptional care of her as well. Diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis, Jay advised a treatment of shockwave therapy, I had 3 sessions & the absolute difference it has made is phenomenal. Jay assured me I would feel a difference & in 3 sessions I wouldn’t be suffering any more, I was a little sceptical, but lo & behold Im having no more problems with my foot. I highly recommend this treatment, yes it’s a bit painful, but well worth it.

So after spending a small fortune with a local chiropractor I was still in severe pain with sciatica, three visits in one week hadn’t relieved any of the pain and I was going on holiday in two days time , I was about to cancel my holiday as it was a 9 hour flight when my daughters friend told me about backtofitness and how good jay was for her , I had no choice as my flight was the now the next day , jay was absolutely fantastic from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out (1hour later) pain free , next day I literally skipped into the airport and had a great holiday thanks to jay and his work !! I was recommended to Back2Fitness by a work colleague! I have always suffered with low back pain since my teens and I have seen countless experts in there types of treatment at my own expense, plus going back and forth to the NHS but never really had any joy from constant pain!I work up one morning with quite different pain to what I usually suffer with which left me unable to move / walk Jay said it looked like inflamed sciatica which he treated me with a few sessions which helped no end then helped me with my normal pain that I’ve suffered with for so long ! I’m not a 100% pain free but certainly the most comfortable I’ve been for a long time! Would definitely recommend seeing Jay to anyone else.
