This place is incredible!! It is extremely secluded and beautiful in so many different ways It's quite hard to describe. The owners are wonderful people and the price you pay to come and visit is worth every penny. Whether you just want to get away or are planning a complex itinerary, this place should definitely be on your list. Even though it is only accessible by boat, the trip out of Seward Alaska is not extremely long and it's fun to explore Seward just the same. As a professional photographer and filmmaker my wife and I had an absolute blast. It really is set up like a luxury hotel once you're out there so know that it will be incredibly comfortable and wonderful! They provide just about everything you could ever want for fishing, kayaking, and that sort of thing really you just need to bring your own food. It's not just a cool place to visit It's a life-changing one so don't think twice! Book it now!

Orca Island was the perfect way to disconnect and unwind from everyday life. The yurts were very comfortable. The decks are great for watching for wildlife. We kayaked, paddle boarded, snorkeled, hiked and searched in the tide pools for critters. The access to the water is unreal! We also did the wildlife tour with Taylor and had a phenomenal time. We got to see many animals up close and even saw humpback whales! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a special place!! This was our second visit and we’re already daydreaming about coming back. Surrounded by natural beauty, it’s private and peaceful. Staff are friendly and fun, but give you space. Thank you Orca Island!!

What a beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. Our teenage boys spent their time fishing. We all enjoyed the kayaks everyday. This was our favorite place in Alaska.

Orca Island is one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. I can’t recommend it enough.
