I am a big fan of good customer service and L&M has it in spades. I was scheduled for 9am but it was pouring rain. I explained that it was important that I get my car detailed that day if we could make it work and they showed up between rain showers and detailed my car! It looks fantastic and as someone with a sensitivity to scents, I was so excited to find out they use steam and non-toxic products. Will definitely be using them again.
