I am extremely picky and detailed with my cars. Usually do my own detail and maintenance. But this time I'm a bit older so right when I brought the car home I started searching for someone who treats this stuff like I would. After a lot of digging I found Lawrence and L&M. Watched a bunch of his videos and posts and could see he takes this stuff serious and has extreme attention to perfection and detail. All I have to say is wow. They knocked it outta the park. Every single step in the process was communicated and the customer service is stellar. Just drove it home after a one week cure and wash at his shop and it's perfect. These guys are the real deal. Laurence explained everything thoroughly, took the time to come out and give us an estimate even without an appointment, and was able to get us scheduled the very same day.He made our car look brand new. I discovered L&M Pro Car Detailing through a raffle discount at the Mill Creek festival and decided to give them a try for their Routine Maintenance Detail — I'm so glad I did. This was hands down one of the best detailing experiences I've had.From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly detail-oriented (pun intended). Their attention to quality really shows in the finished work.What impressed me most, though, was their integrity. There was a mix-up on my end regarding which package I'd selected, and they ended up completing a higher-tier package than I'd originally booked. When I tried to pay the difference to make it right, they refused to accept it. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and it says a lot about how they run their business.They've earned a customer for life. I'll definitely be back. I may try their tinting and ceramic coating next but definitely the Routine wash for my kid-infested vehicle.
