I took my brand-new Dodge Durango to Laurance for full front PPF, PPF on the rocker panels, ceramic coating on the rest of the body, and tint on the front two windows. Right from the start, Laurance was great to deal with. I did my research and compared many places, but he stood out from the pack. His quote was super detailed, he responded back fast, answered all my questions, and was always easy to reach. He and his team did an awesome job on the initial PPF install, especially when wrapping the hood and bumper—the Durango has some complicated vents and lines, but they did a great job laying the film, even going the extra step to wrap around corners to ensure a better look and application. They even threw in a few extra bits of PPF on some high-wear spots for free, which was a great bonus. I was also super impressed with the window tints, as they matched the factory rear tints perfectly. That truly changed the look of the vehicle.The work looks great, but what I appreciated most was the customer service. Getting that much protection done means a lot of details to track, and Laurance was totally cool about accommodating me and adjusting a couple of small things that came up after the initial install. He didn't hesitate to fix them right away and made sure I was happy with everything. Plus, the package comes with an awesome deal of 20 free quarterly maintenance washes. It's a huge perk, and it gives him a chance to inspect the PPF regularly over the coming years to make sure it's holding up perfectly.Honestly, they did an amazing job for a really fair price. It's hard to find a shop that does high-quality work and is actually honest and easy to work with. Laurance was great to work with! He helped me get set up with PPF for the front and a ceramic coat for the entire car for a package price. He stands behind his work and completely redid a part of the PPF that had a small cosmetic defect. The provided free car washes every 3 months are also very helpful. Will definitely have any future detailing done here!

The things that makes me amazed was he can pick you up and drop you off to your location.
