I discovered L&M Pro Car Detailing through a raffle discount at the Mill Creek festival and decided to give them a try for their Routine Maintenance Detail — I'm so glad I did. This was hands down one of the best detailing experiences I've had.From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly detail-oriented (pun intended). Their attention to quality really shows in the finished work.What impressed me most, though, was their integrity. There was a mix-up on my end regarding which package I'd selected, and they ended up completing a higher-tier package than I'd originally booked. When I tried to pay the difference to make it right, they refused to accept it. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and it says a lot about how they run their business.They've earned a customer for life. I'll definitely be back. I may try their tinting and ceramic coating next but definitely the Routine wash for my kid-infested vehicle.

Highly recommended! The team was so amazing and helpful. When I called (very) last minute to cancel our detailing appointment because our car battery had died overnight, they kindly sent someone to jump start our car so we still could make it to the appointment. Honestly, just the best customer service. We had the Smoke Odor Removal service done on the used car we’d purchased, and the results were fantastic. The smell is barely noticeable, we feel so much more confident and comfortable driving around with our family.

Brought my Silverado in to get the windows tinted, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The tint looks incredibly clean, sharp, and perfectly applied.​Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with my schedule to get it done.
