I found 1 Percent Lists CSRA online and after interviewing Noah & Andrea I felt confident with signing a listing agreement with them. Went through all the initial setup and started showing the property. Got an offer signed around in about 2 and a half weeks. That's when the story begins.Right after the offer was accepted hurricane Helene hit. Sheltering in place with no power started to feel hopeless until I reached out to Andrea to see how she was doing. She gave me information of cities 75 miles east and 85 miles west that had power. She had genuine concern about my wellbeing even though she had way more problems going on in her life, then I had in mine. (Like a tree that had crashed down on her house). She helped me get through that very difficult time and has still helped me with loose ends even after the closing.
